He is survived by: his wife Lela Grace Mullins (Turner); his daughter Tammy Sue Mullins Young; his granddaughters, Brittany A. Young Huff and Brooklyn E. Young Shaddox; and his great grandchildren, Weslyn Brighton Shaddox and Ansley Rhae Hodr.
