He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Stevens and Virginia Elizabeth Stevens (Scott); and his siblings, Bennie Ray, Homer, Jerry Albert, Betty and Patsy.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Stevens (Collins); his children, Nick Anthony "Tony" Stevens of Austin, Scott Wesley Stevens (Jennifer) of Macomb, Michigan and Heather Marinda Campbell (Shawn) of Scottsburg, Indiana; his siblings, Timmie Stevens (Marie) of Brownstown, Indiana and Jean Moldero of Scottsburg, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Camden Alan Jones, Carson T. Jones, Jackson Nicholas Stevens and Katie Horstman.
