She is survived by: her daughter Sondra Holtzclaw of Austin, Indiana; her sister Regina Hughbanks of Scottsburg, Indiana; her grandchildren, Shauna and Todd Hook; and her great grandchildren, Brycen, Emma and Oaklee.
