She is survived by: her husband Tunis Fugate; her children, Chris Fugate (Sherry) of Austin and April Fugate (Andy Gallimore) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Kailey and Ethan Fugate; and her siblings, Burt Rice of Scottsburg, Katherine Caudill of Ohio, Faye Little of Florida and Geneva Fugate of Kentucky.
