He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mayfield and Goldie Mayfield (Morton). He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Mayfield (Neuhauser); his sons, Chuck Mayfield (Connie) of Otisco, Indiana and Dan Mayfield of Berea, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kayla Huff (Cody), Kourtney Mayfield (James), Nathan Mayfield, Chase Mayfield and Chris Mayfield; and his great grandchildren, Emersyn Huff, Mila Huff and Preston Morris.
Memorials may be given to the Austin Christian Church C/O Buchanan Funeral Home.
