She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Combs and Mae Combs (Oaks); her husband Chester Burns; her daughter Debbie O'Sullivan; her granddaughter April Ann Cole; and her siblings, William, Betty Jane, Ester, Evelyn, Hazel, Carlie and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Feltner of Austin, Jerry Mullins (Veronica Cheatham) of Austin and Ricky Mullins (Bobbie) of Sellersburg; her grandchildren, Jeremy Mullins, Michelle Collins, Richard Mullins, Tonya Collins, Felicia, Robert Wesley, Ashley, Shane Whitlock, Misty Collins, Tim Blakley, Jaron "Andy" Mullins, Matthew Cole and Justin Mullins; and her great grandchild Noah Mullins. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
