He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Campbell and Mary M. Thornton Campbell; and his brothers, Eddie "Cheetah" Campbell, Ronald Lee Campbell and Tyree "Rusty" Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Tanya Campbell of Scottsburg, Indiana, Thomas "Bub" Campbell (Korrine) of Franklin and Christopher "Pete" Campbell (Kanisha) of Columbus, Indiana; his grandchildren, Kadence Collinsworth, Cheyenne Campbell, Alexis Campbell, Thomas Campbell, Leon Cox and Evelyn Cox; his brother Vernon Campbell (Jeannie) of Lebanon Junction, Kentucky; and his aunts and uncles, Charlie Campbell, Elaine Estep, Beverly Campbell, Cecil Campbell, Roger Dale, Patsy Campbell, Charles, Pauline Campbell and Linda Campbell. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other relatives.
