She was predeceased by: her parents, George Plowman and Kate Plowman (Babb); her husband Millard West; her siblings, Gladys Scenters, Armeda Neal, Catherine Riddell, Mitchell, James and Ray Plowman; and her half-brothers, Clayborne and Ernest Plowman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Anderson (Freddy) of Austin, Doris Hollan (Eddie) of Austin and Eunice Dismore (Mike) of Uniontown, Indiana; her sister Christine Winstead (Roy) of Ohio; and her grandchildren, Kim Robbins (Joe), Millard Joe Anderson (Connie), Keith Anderson (Tabitha), Edward Hollan (Jiffy) and Brandon Hollan. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
