He is survived by: his wife Sally Taylor (Rake); his son John Taylor of Gilbert, AZ; his stepson Jude D. Rake of Libertyville, IL; and his sister Dixie Souder (Norman) of Salem, Indiana.. He is also survived by 6 Step Grandchildren.
