It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cora A. Rose of Austin, Indiana, born in Jackson, Kentucky, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hollan and Effie Hollan (Turner); her husband Joseph Rose; and her siblings, Dean, Vernon Hollan, Irene Feltner and Helen Combs.
She is survived by: her children, Effie Ashby, Charles Rose of Austin, Keith Rose of Austin, Wesley Rose of Tennessee and Joe Rose of Austin; her stepdaughters, Marie Rose of Michigan and Juanita Jewell of Little York, Indiana.; and her siblings, George Hollan of Austin, Carl Ray Hollan of Austin, Indiana., Alice Phillips of Austin and Dora Wright of Blocher, Indiana.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
