He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hubbard and Susan Dugger (Helton); and his sister Lorene Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Carol Hubbard (Goodin); his son Chuck Hubbard (Melissa) of Salem; his stepson Randall Allen of London Kentucky; his grandson Tyler Hubbard; his stepgrandchildren, Macen and Madisyn Allen; and his siblings, Larry Hubbard of Salem, Johnny Dugger of Bedford and Maxine Perry of Knoxville, Tennessee.. He is also survived by one great-grandchild, five great-grandchildren.
