She is survived by: her children, Wanda McCoskey (J. R.) of Scottsburg, IN, Janice Smith (Kenneth) of Austin, IN and Wayne Douglas Wells (Kendra) of Ellettsville, IN; her grandchildren, Randall Smith (Sara) of Austin, IN, Martha McCoskey-Deaton (Emily) of Scottsburg, IN, Carl McCoskey (Ashley) of Scottsburg, IN, Stephanie Aaron (Josh) of Scottsburg, IN, Michael Wells (Ashley) of Scottsburg, IN, Samantha Herche (Chris) of Scottsburg, IN and Clayton Wells of Ellettsville, IN; and her brothers, Alfred Fugate (Carol) of Lost Creek, KY and Arlie Fugate (Wilma) of Scottsburg, IN.. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
