He was predeceased by: his father Fordyce C. Brace; his wife Donna L. Yoder; his daughter Sharon R. Smith; his brothers, Dale J. Brace and John E. Brace; and his brother-in-law Paul "Dick" Liechty.
He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Carpenter (Robert) of Auburn, Diane Barrington (Charles) of South Bend, Colleen Conrad (James) of Huntertown, Kurt Brace of Ocean Springs, MS, Ramona Brindle (Tim) of Auburn, Julie Brace Hissong of Auburn, Linda Wallace (Rick Smith) of Ft. Myers Beach, FL and Nathan Brace (Brandi) of Evans, GA; and his sister Ruth Liechty of Ft. Wayne. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren.
