He was predeceased by: his parents, Delvin Armstrong and Delight Armstrong (Baker); his sister Bette Altman; and his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Armstrong (Shari Hook) of Auburn and Tim Armstrong of Fort Wayne; and his grandson Scott Armstrong of Auburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
