He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ory and Helen Ory (Doctorick); his sons, Tim Ory and Michael Miller; and his grandson Ossie Ory.
He is survived by: his wife Autumn Ory of Auburn; and his children, Joe Ory (Nadine) of Hinckley, Ohio, Keith Ory (Stephanie) of Concord, Kevin Ory (Carol) of Columbus, Ohio, Maziey Garn of Auburn and Deborah Miller (Pat) of Vacaville, California. He is also survived by many grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
