He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Anthony Cook (Kathryn) of Cicero, IN and Diana Barkes (Larry) of Goshen, IN; his grandchildren, Brandi Devoe (Scott) of Goshen, IN, Chandra Ostrognai (James) of Zionsville, IN, Tyler Cook (Joli) of Long Beach, CA, Colby Barkes (Lora) of Valparaiso, IN, Travis Cook of Denver, CO, Schuyler Barkes of Goshen, IN, Brittany Yoder (Kevin) of Middlebury, IN, Kahley Barkes of Greenfield, IN and Braden (Ariel); and his caregivers, Teruko Aleo and Lou Munden. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
