We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2020, at the age of 80, Wayne Phifer of Arcadia, Indiana, born in Tipton, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Phifer and Violet Phifer (Plake); his wife Wuanitta Phifer; his children, Lynetta Cole (Pete Sharkey) and Lynda Plumlee (Marc Deckard); his grandchildren, Christopher DeWeese (Shelby), Daniel DeWeese (Laine), Natasha Knox (Chris), William Caleb Sharkey and Samuel Plumlee; his great grandchildren, Corbin DeWeese and Camden DeWeese; his son Larry Wayne Phifer; and his siblings, Elpha Mae Tomlinson and Sherman Phifer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Wayne's honor to The American Cancer Society or The American Heart Association.
