He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Leroy and Martha Rose Ludlow (Davis); his wife Sheila Kay Worthman (Speer); his son Shane Michael Worthman (Michelle) of Arcadia, IN; his grandchildren, Clayton, Caylee, Ivy, Mica and Skyler Worthman; and his daughter Stephanie Worthman.
