He was predeceased by: his father Robert Leon. He is survived by: his mother Marinell Parkhurst (Ouzts) of Arcadia, IN; his daughter Rachel Elizabeth Parkhurst (Elijah) of Hawaii; and his grandson Mason Wyatt Cole of Hawaii.
