He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Newby and Erma Jean Newby (Hoover). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Newby (Tinsley); his sons, Scott Michael Newby of Cicero, IN and Timothy Michael Newby (Amy) of Hudson, IN; his sister Belinda Ann Rainwater of Warsaw, IN; and his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Grace Newby and Madalyn Rhae Newby.
