He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Smith Robbins and Ruth Marie Robbins (Richards); his wife Pamela'Pam'Robbins; his children, Joseph Robbins (Jana), Dana Lipps (Randy) and Kimberly Robbins; and his stepchildren, Jenny Miller and Patrick Miller. He was also cherished by 16 Grandchildren and 7 Great grandchildren.
