He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Nightenhelser and Pauline Nightenhelser (Cruzan); his wife Peggy Doreen Nightenhelser (Thomas); and his brother Dale Nightenhelser. He is survived by: his sons, Jim, Matt Nightenhelser of Atlanta, Indiana, Boyd Nightenhelser (Tammy) of New Palestine, Indiana, Stuart Nightenhelser (Jan) of Noblesville, Indiana and Jay Nightenhelser (Kristina) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Dina Kalina (Dennis) of Vestal, Maya, Megan, Mandi, Michaela, Brynn, Holland, Drake, Haleigh, Kaleb, Tanner, Addison and Canyon; his stepgranddaughters, Amanda and Holly; and his sisters, Beth Ann Leach (David) and Jean Hilton (Mike). He is also survived by great-grandchildren; seven (7) step great-grandchildren.
