She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Scott and Becky Scott; and her daughter Nicole Lynn Apple. She is survived by: her husband Charles S. Apple (Chuck); her children, Randy Craft (Shannon), Rochelle Apple, Kris May (Michael) and Cameron Apple (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Damien May (Bria), Vladimire Bush (Kora), Ryan Thompson, Kenzie Apple (Matt), Elijah May, Kylie Apple and Landon Apple-Faubion; her great grandchildren, Brynleigh, Nathaniel and Hudson; her sisters, Brenda Clark (Michael) and Pam Cox (Gary); and her sister-in-law Sherry Hodson (Jim). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews & friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested any effort be spent on time with family and friends.
