He was predeceased by: his father Bryant Fawcette. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Anne Perry (Thomas) of Atlanta, IN; his siblings, Kristina Perry, Cody Perry, Colten Anderson and Timothy Anderson; and his grandparents, Sandra J. Perry and Steven Thomas. He is also survived by niece and two nephews.
