He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard George and Carolyn "Mitzy" Troutman, Sr.; and his sister April Troutman. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Troutman (Jackson); his children, Erika Morgan, Eric Troutman, Elicia Troutman, Kaylie King (Dalton), Brittany Malon (Tony) and Sam Imel (Julieta); and his siblings, Michael Troutman, Anthony Troutman, Cozette Tuggle (William), Cheryl Wills and Joyce Perry (John). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
