He is survived by: his father Terry Wayne Sarvis Sr.; his son Jaziah Sarvis; his siblings, Taylor Sarvis (Jasmine), Christina Sarvis (John) and Jeffrey Sarvis (Tiffany); his nephew Kyle Stanley; and his cousin Brittany Sarvis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and several close friends.
