She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Kishish (James Kishish), Jason Blaize (Angela Blaize) and Jeffrey Blaize (Michele Blaize); and her grandchildren, Eli Kishish, Addison Kishish, Nicholas Blaize, Gabe Ebarb and Joey Ebarb (Sinjin Blaize).
