He is survived by: his children, Richard Welker (Jennifer) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Linda Lambert (Roger), Anderson and Sandy Oakley (Howard); and his brother David Welker (Tereesa). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
