He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Augustinovicz and Louise Augustinovicz (Olbrysh); his parents-in-law, Oran and Marie Swartz; his siblings, Gus Augustine (Pauline), Henry Augustinovicz (Evelyn), Edwin Augustinovicz (Jane), Melie Comer (Luke), Rita Quattrone and Charlie Augustinovicz; his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Ray and Donald Swartz (Frances); and his grandchildren, Tyler and Ashley Augustinovicz.

He is survived by: his wife Dianne Augustinovicz (Swartz); his children, Gregory Augustinovicz (Susan), Audrey Augustinovicz and Jeffrey Augustinovicz (Julie); his grandchildren, Kyle (Ashlee), Nicholas, Zachary (Shelbi), Johnmichael, Annamarie, Christopher, Braydon, Gavin, Carson and Keenan; his great grandchildren, Ava, Uriah, Alli, Scarlett, Reagan and Finley; his sister Evelyn Ray; and his brother-in-law Joseph "Peppe" Quattrone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Ambrose Catholic Church or St. Vincent de Paul Society, Anderson.
