She was predeceased by: her husband John G. Van Duyn; her parents, Albert E. Pike and C. Jane Pike; and her siblings, Joe Pike, Doris Pike, Ralph Pike and Rachael Ginder (Ron).
She is survived by: her children, Cherie Fishel (Harvey), Peggy Costa (Larry), Stephanie Miller (Royce), John Swallow (Patty) and Jim Swallow (Denise); and her stepson Jay Van Duyn (Petra). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
