He was predeceased by: his parents, John Luther Fields and Miriam J. Sizelove (Goyer); his sons, Kevin and Patrick Fields; and his sister Darlene VanMatre.
He is survived by: his son Marcus Fields; his stepson Gary Frazee; his siblings, Pamela Fields-Reum, Keith and Judge Kim Fields; his sister-in-law Nancy Grandquist-Fields; and his grandsons, Dakota and Christopher Fields. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Paul's name to the Madison County Humane Society.
