He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Frazier and Robert Frazier; his son Jason Frazier; and his siblings, Robert Frazier and Betty Newton.

He is survived by: his wife Gwen Frazier (Pepelea); his son Todd Frazier (Ramona); his grandchildren, Ella, Caden and Cole Frazier; his daughter-in-law Anne-Marie Frazier (late Jason); his brothers, Tom Frazier (Rosemary) and Jerry Frazier (Cindy); his brother-in-law Art Pepelea Jr. (Mary Jo); his niece Amy Kessler (Joe); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isabelle, Louden, Theo and Cameron; his nephew Artie Pepelea (Alissa); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Quintin, Morgan and Jackson; and also, Larry Stottlemeyer (Dorothy) and Charlie Bowman (Cheryl). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
