He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mudd and Martha Mudd (Carey); and his siblings, John Mudd and Terry Karwowski. He is survived by: his children, John-Paul Cody Mudd, Monica Suzanne Mudd and Chloe Gilmore; his siblings, C. Sam Mudd, Pete Mudd and Susie Walker (Richard Thomas); and his nieces and nephews, Mark Carpenter, Stephen Carpenter, Michelle Holycross, Jennifer Holycross-Snyder, Clint Walker, Julie Burris, Timothy Hiatt, Joshua Karwowski, Kevin Karwowski, Erica Heflin and Charles V. Mudd.
