He is survived by: his son Cameron Bernard (Taylor Courtney); his mother Joyce Bernard; his grandchildren, Carter, Harper and Jackson Bernard; his siblings, Greg Bernard (Crissie) and Teresa Fountain; his nieces and nephews, Josh, Rachel Fountain, Kyle and Dustin Bernard; and his pets, Furby and Winky.
