She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Shrader and Gladys L. Hicks Shrader; her husband Richard Segner; her daughter Teena Mae Vazquez; her siblings, Marie Saylor, Nellie Ann Shrader, Emma Katherine Shrader, Norman, Dale and Jack Shrader; her grandchildren, Nathan Frodge and Tarrahn Frodge; and her great grandchildren, Jordyn Olden and Jazzilyn Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Kay Hyden (Scott) of Harlan, KY, Sandra Faye Taylor (John) of Oklahoma City, OK, Carla Gaye Haines of Anderson, IN, Sheila Rae Chapple (Doug) of Anderson, IN, Lora Jaye Frodge (Jim) of Columbus, IN and Richard Anthony Segner (Julie) of Lafayette, IN; and her stepdaughter Tonya Bennett (Rick) of Daleville, IN. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
