He is survived by: his pet Ginger; his wife Janet Louise Oaks; his siblings, Barry Oaks (Janna), Terry Oaks and Sue Oaks; and his children, Tonya Oaks, Sonya Rivas (Paul), Matt Oaks (Nicole), Eddy Oaks (Stacy), Crickett Oaks, Zach Oaks (Bailley), Amy Anderson (Greg), Ronnie Sargent (Erin) and Ryan McCartney. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
