She was predeceased by: her parents, Laannah Sue Babb (West) and Wilford R. Babb; her brother Phillip Babb; and her parents-in-law, Arthur and Ethel Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Flack (Doug) of Hamilton, Ohio and John Smith of Hobart; her granddaughters, Lainey Rose Flack of Hamilton, OH. and Braelyn Anne Flack of Hamilton, OH.; her siblings-in-law, Karen Babb of Greenwood, Dale Smith (Marilyn) of Florida and Don Smith (Linda) of Granger; and her close friends, Donna Parton and Maribeth Flynn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to charity of donor's choice in Judy's honor.
