He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Gerstorff and Mary Gerstorff (Jones); his siblings, Estella Ricker, James Gerstorff, Edward Gerstorff, Marion Gerstorff and George Gerstorff; and his grandson Jeremiah Gerstorff.
He is survived by: his wife Charline Gerstorff (Moore) of Anderson; his sons, Earl "Andy" Gerstorff (Linda) of Alexandria and Jeffrey D. Gerstorff of Anderson; his siblings, Margaret Moore of Fairmount, Darlene Schindler of Summitville, Judy Rhodes of Fairmount, Betty Merritt of Murrayville and Wendell Gerstorff of Summitville; and his granddaughters, Gilly Beane (Richard), Amanda Brown and Mary Elizabeth Gerstorff. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
