He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fuller and Xareffa Fuller (Balser); and his siblings, Paul Fuller, Donald David Fuller and Sharon Kay Fuller.
He is survived by: his sons, James Fuller-Anderson (Anita), Jeff Fuller and Donald Fuller-Anderson (Stephanie); his grandchildren, John Fuller (Lori), Nathan Fuller (Gwen), Joshua Fuller (Talia), Sara Fuller and Jennifer Fuller; his great grandchild Long; his caregiver Barbara Smith; and his siblings, Estan Fuller (Linda), Lyman Fuller (Patty), Larry Fuller, Josephine See, Esther Dodge (Willis), Phyllis Wolfe (Jim), Jan Powell and Marty Goodpaster.
