He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsey L. Maddox and Roxie Maddox (Nunley); and his brother Dorsey Maddox, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Maddox (Clevenger); his children, Brad Maddox, Betty Swink, Peggy Hajny and Patty Etchison (Mark); and his stepchildren, Ed Clevenger, Barry Clevenger and Chris Kervitrus. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
