Emmett Douglas Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2022, at the age of 95, Emmett Douglas of Anderson, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Douglas and Hanna Douglas (Lazarus); his wife Donna J. Douglas (Riley); his brother James Louis Douglas; and his nephew James Armin Douglas.

He is survived by: his children, Evelyn A. Christie and Randy M. Douglas of Anderson; his grandsons, Douglas Christie and Christopher Douglas; his great grandchildren, Meghan Lawson (Derek), Katie Christie (Keegan Perez) and Emily Christie (Zach Harmon); his great great grandchildren, Conall Christie of Everett James, Harmon, Elijah Steven Perez and Luca Alexander Perez; his nephew Ray Douglas (Sue); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Johnson. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews, and three other sisters-in-law.
