He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry, Luella Bright, William and Bertie Case. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel and Janet; his children, Ethan Case (Madison Gooldy) of Macomb, MI and Kinley Case of Pendleton; his fiancée Kylie King of Anderson; his fiancée's children, Collyer, Khian and Calliope; his brothers, Brian Case of Indianapolis and Andrew Case of Middletown; and his stepsisters, Kristen Reedy of Anderson and Melissa Reedy of Middletown. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family has requested donations be made in David's name to the House of Hope, 902 High St. Anderson, IN 46012.
