He is survived by: his wife Wanda Paschal; his children, Ryan Paschal, Neal Paschal (Becca) and Angela Johnson (Dick); and his grandchildren, Makayla Miller (Sam), Jentry Johnson, Lauryn Johnson, Luke Shaw, Nash Paschal and Piper Paschal. He is also survived by 1 great-grandchild; and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in David's name may be gifted to the American Parkinson's Disease Association.
