He is survived by: his wife Cathy Swafford; his daughter Danielle Scofield (Steven); his stepdaughter Katie Rains; his siblings, Bruce Swafford, Jerry Swafford and Linda Swafford; and his nieces and nephews, David Swafford (Paula), Tim House (Shanna), Stephanie Swafford and Kelly Swafford. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren; several great-nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
