She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl T. Hoover and Anna Lee Hoover. She is survived by: her husband Jim Austin; and her children, Kimberly A. McGiffen (Herb Westerman), Scott Austin (Traci) and Pam Darst.

Memorial contributions may be made to ASPCA or the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
