He was predeceased by: his parents, Bethel Dulworth and Annie Dulworth; and his siblings, Roy, John, James Dulworth, Dona Burris, Opal Callaway and Reba Dulworth.
He is survived by: his sons, Clyde L. Dulworth and John F. Dulworth (Teresa); his grandchildren, David L. Dulworth (Sabrina), Nathan T. Dulworth and Ashlee Moore (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Tice L. Dulworth, Courtney Clayborn and Tate Moore; and his sisters, Mae Liebert, Daisy Thornsberry (Pat) and Joyce Anderson (Rossie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
