He was predeceased by: his daughter Misty Walton; and his siblings, Janett Hobbs, Shirley Galbreath, Joyce Price, Earl Galbreath and Larry Galbreath.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Galbreath (Williams); his daughter Dana Baxter-Anderson (Jerry); his grandchildren, Amanda Rusk-Alexandria (Troy), Levi Bennett-Anderson, Zach Baxter (Vanessa Deering) and Jayden Baxter-Anderson; his great great grandchild Olivia Carol of Chesterfield; and his siblings, Frances Wilson-Alexandria (Harold), Ethel Morris-Elwood (Robert), Barbara Carmichael-Atlanta (Claude), Albert Galbreath (Carolyn), Bill Galbreath (Janet), Carl Galbreath-Anderson (Paula), Terry Galbreath (Joann) and Donald Galbreath.
