He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Holder and Altha Holder (Free); his son David Holder; his grandson Caleb Holder; and his brothers, Robert Holder, Wayne Holder and William Holder.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Holder (Knotts); his daughter Beth Parker-Alexandria (Dean); his daughter-in-law Victoria Holder-AndersonGrandchildren; and his great grandchildren, Jack Michael Parker and Kate Madison Parker.
