It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Jean Cantrell of Alexandria, Indiana, born in Paynesville, West Virginia, who passed away on August 28, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnie Horn and Floy Horn (Wagner); her husband Otis L. Cantrell; her children, Geoia Cantrell and Jeffrey Cantrell; and her siblings, Joyce Lester, Flim Horn, Dorothy Barker, Maxine Horn, Hank Horn, Wayne Horn and Jackie Horn.
She is survived by: her children, Katrinia Trace (Michael) of Sugarcreek Township and David Cantrell (Ann) of Anderson, Indiana; her daughter-in-law Beverly Cantrell (Boyer) of Chesterfield, Indiana; her sister-in-law Barbara White (Robert) of Lapel, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jenessa Regan (Chris) of Kettering, Lt Colonel Christina Balocki (Dan) of Washington Township, Tarah Cantrell-Brown (Laurence) of Chicago, Regina Kinzfogl (John) of Oakland, Otis M. Cantrell (Kari) of Bloomington and Megan Cantrell of Anderson, Indiana; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Skyllar Regan, James, Victoria, Isaac, Elise Kinzfogl and Veda Cantrell; and her sisters, Nadine Hinton, Thelma Rauch of Edwardsburg and Brenda Rash (Donnie) of Morgantown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions will be accepted in Peggy's name to Hospice of Dayton or you may contribute to a charity of your choice in Peggy's name.
