He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Lee Masters; his stepfather Leonard W. Ashbaugh; and his brother Wes Masters. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Ashbaugh; his sisters, Julie McIntosh and Mykala Ashbaugh; his close friend Chuck Tuite (Jo); his uncle John Van Matre; his aunt Diane Dunham; and his cousins, Gregory, John, David Van Matre, Kevin Dunham, Connie Etchison and David Modlin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
